WHAT: A forum where over 100 representatives from nonprofit organizations in the county, including board members, volunteers, and all levels of staff, can discuss the issues facing charitable organizations with Republican incumbent Westchester County Executive Robert Astorino and Democratic challenger and New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson.
